HOA Annual Dues NOW DUE
The 2024 Annual Dues are now due. Statements have been e-mailed.
Homeowners on the lakes should note that in addition to Fox Chase HOA dues, the Fox Chase Lakes HOA assesses an annual dues as well. The Lakes dues are billed separately.

The Officers of the Fox Chase Homeowners Association ("the Association") respect your right to privacy and we understand that users of the website need to be in control of their personal information. "Personal information" includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number and email-address. The Association does not sell, rent, swap, or otherwise disclose any of this information to external sources. Information on this website shall not be used by any homeowner of the neighborhood or their proxy to solicit business or engage in mass email correspondence to other members of the neighborhood.
Please note this website and information contained herein is public and is separate from the private email contact information you have provided the Association previously for the benefit of correspondence regarding annual meetings, dues notices, issues related to the bi-laws and covenants, and other communication as deemed necessary by the Association.
