Fox Chase subdivision is part of the Knollwood Development located in Northern Indiana on the Indiana/Michigan border. Fox Chase is a community of 174 homes in the Penn-Harris-Madison school district, conveniently located just ten minutes from South Bend, Indiana.
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Fox Chase Homeowner's Association is comprised of all 174 homeowners. A Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners annually to manage the association activities. There are Association Covenants and By-Laws to guide the association for the good of the overall community. The Board of Directors are responsible with upholding these Covenants and By-Laws. Annual dues are determined and collected each year to pay for the maintenance of common areas and other association business.

Northpoint Elementary School has again been awarded the National Blue Ribbon Award! They are one of seven schools in the state that have received this prestigious award. Less than 1% of the schools in the United States receive the National Blue Ribbon Award!
