Architectural Control Committee

The Fox Chase Architectural Control Committee (ACC) function is to ensure improvements to homes in our neighborhood are in accordance with the Bylaws and Covenants, as well as the safety of our residents.
 
This is a general list of projects that require approval by the Fox Chase Homeowner Association Architectural Control Committee: Fencing, Pools, significant structural additions to your home, Topographical alterations, Tennis/Basketball Courts, Sheds.

Minor landscape changes that include landscape beds and tree removal don’t typically need approval.  Please refer to the Bylaws and Covenants for additional information on allowances and restrictions.  Improvement applications must be completed and submitted to the ACC prior to the start of any projects.
